Juniors Section
This year’s Junior Captain is Simon Kerr who has proved to be a very good Junior member of Brampton Golf Club and we wish him an enjoyable year. His year started with the traditional match partnering the Club Captain against the Vice-Captain and Junior Vice-Captain, the Captains were victorious.

Junior Coaching
The first coaching session will be on Monday 19th April and thereafter until 6th September (excluding Bank Holidays) starting at 6.30pm and finishing at 8.00pm, the cost will be £2.00 per week. As usual Stewart and James will be on hand to give excellent coaching and advice. It is open to all Junior members age 7 years and above, parents are encouraged to stay and help with the coaching who will find it’s a great way of picking up some tips on how to help with the development of the Juniors’ golf swing.

Driving Range
All Junior members who are 18 years old or under on the 1st January 2010 are welcome to have one free token for the range each time they use it, available from Stewart’s shop. Please do take advantage of this as practice really does make perfect.

Sponsorship
Some of you may be aware that Coca Cola have been giving support to our Juniors for a couple of years which has allowed us to give discounts for drinks in the Clubhouse. They also donated an ipod last year which was presented to Simon Kerr as Junior Team Player of the Year. This year they have really excelled themselves by donating a Moore Large & Co Ltd mountain bike which is not only a very good make of bike but it has been branded with the Coke Zero logo thus making it a Limited Edition. With such a good prize we plan to give as many Juniors as possible an opportunity to win it thus there will be approximately 10 competitions throughout the season which will be used as qualifiers. The Junior member with the best overall performance will win this excellent prize so keep an eye on the Junior notice board for further details.

Clubhouse
All Junior members will receive a 20% discount on all purchases from the bar which includes soft drinks, sweets, crisps, nuts and chocolate bars, please remember to have your membership cards with you to qualify for the discount. We will also continue with the Meal & Drink Deal at £2.50 again for our Junior members. The Club’s thanks must be recorded to Robin & Mairi and Coca-Cola for their support in being able to offer these great deals.
